Entrepreneurs loacted in East Africa.

Business must be operating in Uganda and operating under the legal standards of the country

• Be a social enterprise that emerged from a licensed SINA Community.
• Be a legally registered entity.
• A monthly revenue exceeding 150 USD.
• At least two full time committed team members

• Company must be privately owned.
• Over 50% of ownership of the company is in local hands.
• The company needs to be operational for at least two years .
• The company has between 10 and 250 employees.
• Both the annual turnover and the balance sheet total should not exceed 10 million euros.
• Organisations that are not SMEs (business support organisations, Chambers of Commerce etc.) can apply, but only if they have an enabling role for the private sector.

• Individuals can apply if they are Ugandan.
• You can apply collectively as a group and at least one of the members is a Ugandan citizen.
• Any Ugandan company can apply but must be fully licensed to operate in Uganda.

Business is required to be in first stages of early development and an expanding MSME

Agro-businesses that produce, process or export agri-products

All businesses that face high risks in their operations

Farmers both women and men

• Women in business

Smallholder farming households and other value chain actors.

All entrepreneurs looking to build sustainable businesses.

Targets disadvantaged youths between the ages of 18 and 24 years from families living below or slightly above the national poverty line of US$ 1.90. 

Membership subscription, Enterprises employing people

Business must fall in category of traders
Business must be operating in Uganda

• Legible members must be in the coffee growing, value chain or processing and baristas.
• They must be operating in member countries.

Organizations whose core activity is delivery of microfinance services to the final consumers/clients, and those that support activities of microfinance institutions in one way or another.

Young entrepreneurs whose businesses are not getting the desired business results because of challenges that they may not know how to handle them

Organizations and cooperatives boosting trade and tourism at grass-root level.

• The entrepreneur should have a technology led innovation.
• The idea should still be at early stage.
